Advocates fear effect from loss of welfare benefits

Providence, RI – Advocates for low-income families in Rhode Island say a new wave of homeless could soon be forced into the state's homeless shelters, many of which are already full. That's because close to 1,000 families and individuals --- 12 percent of the total -- will lose their welfare benefits in June. WRNI's Flo Jonic reports.
