Art of Teaching

RIPR – Albert Einstein once said, "It is the supreme art of the teacher to awaken joy in creative expression and knowledge." That's a rather idealized vision of teaching, of course, and it doesn't always work out that way. Yet, as we hear from David Mellor, teaching can be full of wonderful surprises delivered in some rather delightful packaging.

David Mellor has taught high school mathematics for nearly twenty years. Since 2009, he has taught statistics at Johnson & Wales University. Mellor has also been a corporate-recruiter and treasurer for various non-profit organizations.
