The Bottom Line: RI's Infrastructure Bank Rolls Out First Round Of Recipients

Aug 26, 2016

Providence Business News Editor Mark Murphy joins Rhode Island Public Radio's Dave Fallon for our weekly business segment, The Bottom Line.

This week Mark and Dave speak with Pawtucket Mayor Donald Grebien about the RI Infrastructure Bank. The quasi-public agency awarded more than $17 million to fund green municipal projects.

Pawtucket received some of that money along for projects like installing energy efficient street lights. Grebien talked about how will the city use the funds and where will the city re-direct any savings. More on that, as well as what’s happening with the PawSox and a study of their home McCoy Stadium.

When to listen: You can hear The Bottom Line each Friday at 5:50 pm.
