WRNI – The likelihood of Rhode Island voters deciding whether they want a casino in this state is dwindling. The state supreme court has issued an advisory opinion that the proposed casino in West Warwick is "constitutionally defective." The justices have all but invited casino opponents to seek a court order to remove the question from the fall ballot. The governor and attorney general plan to do just that this morning. WRNI's Martha Bebinger reports.
