Cicilline, Doherty ramp up the battle of the surrogates

Massachusetts Senator Scott Brown is set to headline a fundraiser for Republican Congressional candidate Brendan Doherty this evening at the Metacomet Country Club in East Providence.

Meanwhile, House Whip Steny Hoyer of Maryland is due to join Congressman Jim Langevin for a visit to an East Greenwich job-training program on Friday. Hoyer is also set to make a separate stop with David Cicilline.
