Community Based Senior Care

Providence, RI – One way Governor Carcieri hopes to help balance the state budget is by sending fewer Rhode Island seniors to nursing homes. He's not the first person to make that proposal. Some advocates for seniors have long pushed for more community based services. And although they are excited to see the Governor on board, they're nervous about the details. WRNI's Megan Hall reports.
