Drop in R.I. School Rankings

wrni – Annual standardized test scores for 4th, 8th and 10th graders in Rhode Island are similar to last year's. But, for the first time the state is using the new criteria of the federal No Child Left Behind law to assess school performance. This has caused a drop in the number of schools considered high performing.
