Murder Charges Filed In India Gang Rape

Police in New Delhi, India, have filed charges against at least five of the suspects in last month's gang rape of a young woman who subsequently died. The sixth suspect has declared himself underage, and therefore would be ineligible to be charged with murder. That creates a twist in the story, pitting a juvenile's rights in the justice system against women's civil rights.
