Obama Challenge: GOTV

Political professionals know that every election is decided by who turns out at the polls. It is one of the trite truths of campaigns. Well, guess which presidential campaign wins if more voters show up at polls? According to the Washington Post:
This means that Democrats, more than Republicans, need to refine their ground game to ensure that voters aren’t staying home. This effort may be more difficult this election cycle because of voter identification laws, which force voters to present photo id at the polls.
