Station Fire Litigation to be heard in Federal Court

WRNI – Litigation involving the station nightclub fire can proceed now that a federal judge has issued a long awaited ruling. U.S. District Judge Ronald Lagueux says the federal court in Providence will assume jurisdiction over all law suits stemming from the fire.
