Newport – Since 1884, The Naval War College in Newport has offered courses in what it calls the art of war.

While technology has replaed the old method of moving toy ship across a map, the college still trains future leaders of the military by examining the wars of history. But what happens at a war college during a war? WRNI's Kelly McEvers visited the war college to find out.
